Piper Palm House

Built in 1878, the Piper Palm House is the oldest standing greenhouse west of the Mississippi River and one of Tower Grove Park's most historically significant landmarks. Situated in St. Louis, the conservatory's soaring ceilings, stately arched windows, and towering palm trees provide a striking setting for weddings, receptions, corporate events, and private celebrations. The main event space accommodates up to 150 guests for a seated reception or 200 for a standing cocktail event. Round tables, linens, a mic and speaker system, and a dedicated venue assistant are included with each rental. Just outside the front doors, the refurbished Stupp Plaza overlooks historic lily ponds and offers an additional outdoor gathering area for larger groups. The venue works with a curated list of preferred caterers, and both ceremony-only and ceremony-plus-reception packages are available throughout the year.
