Plattekill Mountain

Plattekill Mountain is a ski resort in Roxbury, New York that transforms into an all-inclusive wedding destination from May through October, with limited dates available in winter. The venue's signature experience begins with guests riding the chairlift to a private ceremony deck at the mountain's summit, where a wooden wedding arbor frames panoramic views of the Catskill Mountains for gatherings of up to 150. The reception follows in the base lodge, a rustic-chic space with wood beam ceilings, stone fireplaces, and large windows overlooking the mountain. A wrap-around deck extends the gathering outdoors, complete with firepits, party lighting, and an outdoor bar — the setting for cocktail hour as the sun sets over the ridgeline. All-inclusive pricing covers on-premise catering with locally-sourced menu options, full bar service, and a champagne toast. Buffet menus start at $179 per person and plated menus at $220 per person, with a 50-guest minimum. Plattekill hosts one wedding per weekend and grants the wedding party exclusive use of the resort and lodge for the entire week leading up to the event.
