Pratt Place Inn & Barn

Nestled on over 140 acres of meadow and woodland on Markham Hill in Fayetteville, Arkansas, The Stonebreaker Hotel & Barn on Markham Hill brings together a century of heritage hospitality and a fully reimagined event destination. The property's centerpiece is a restored historic barn — recognized for its distinctive soaring ceilings, exposed wood beams, and sunlit mezzanine — alongside a 78-room boutique hotel housed in a Victorian-era mansion, a restaurant, and a network of nature trails. The Barn offers more than 5,000 square feet of rustic-modern event space, accommodating gatherings of up to 200 guests for weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations. Complementing the barn are shaded meadows, a hidden lounge, screened-in porch, private dining room, and outdoor pre-function areas suited to cocktail receptions and pre-ceremony gatherings. The venue sits within a mile of the University of Arkansas and Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium, combining a secluded countryside setting with easy access to downtown Fayetteville.
