- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Great question. The cost is $350/hr and has a 3-hour minimum. 8+ hour bookings receive a 20% discount.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Event furniture and set up, one free hour for event set up and break down, small kitchen with sink and dishwasher for catering or bartending (no fridge, stove, or microwave), parking lot with free parking from 6-11 pm, Sonos system and surround sound speakers, Projector, Wifi, 2 sets of bathrooms.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Guests may cancel their Booking until 60 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 60 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees).
