- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- We charge a base fee of $750.00 with a three-hour minimum, then all subsequent hours are billed at $125.00 per hour.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Use of our outdoor area, the main gallery, and our 4 vendor parking spots. A gallery assistant to assist with any questions regarding the art and space. The gallery assistant also ensures the safety of all the art.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- No, we do not have a liquor license, and we require a valid license from any vendor. WE collaborate with Millers and Rossi cocktail bar to provide any bar services, but allow for you to choose your vendor as well.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We have a preferred vendor list for catering, AV, bar services, and floral arrangements. Although you are welcome to use any vendors of your choosing.
