PRIVATE EVENTS You will be allocated an Event Coordinator who will be your point of contact from the beginning of the planning process until the day of your event. Your Event Coordinator will assist you through the steps of arranging your event at Gastronomic Lounge and help you make the best decisions possible. The procedure is simple and quick. Most events can be planned in about one hour! You have the option of selecting from our menu or working with your Event Coordinator to create your own. Set the tone for a wonderful food and wine party with our sommelier or spirits expert, or work with our beverage experts to incorporate wine pairings throughout the evening with your chosen cuisine. We time our parties so that your event is not rushed, yet ends at the agreed upon timeframe. If your group wishes to stay longer and we are able to accommodate that request, additional event fees could be charged. Please note an event extension is subject to our Lounge availability.
