Within walking distance are food and coffee sellers throughout the neighborhood. Two streets away is a CVS pharmacy, which also sells food and booze. Access to and from the expressway is quick. The first offices of M Schulz Co., a fancy piano maker, were built in 1889 at 711 N. Milwaukee. The mosaic entrance, glass windows, and trim are among the original elements. On the first floor, you'll find River West Studio. The interior has been completely restored, with exposed brick walls, a 15-foot timber ceiling, and hardwood flooring throughout. Elegant finishes lend a stylish look to the room and create a one-of-a-kind backdrop for any function. The open floor concept of 2400 square feet allows for maximum customisation. The main room and a bedroom/lounge area are separated by a wall. The main room can accommodate up to 80 standing visitors and 40 seated ones. In the center of the main area, there is a custom designed dry bar that can be used as a coat check, DJ booth, or bartender station. The venue's dark interior and variable lighting options give it a sense of personal intimacy. This event area has a timeless look because of the mix of modern and antique design. There is no smoking allowed inside. The time allotted for setup and tear down must be adhered to. A cleaning fee of $125 is required. If the venue is left in poor condition after an event, guests will be charged an extra cleaning cost. There will be no glitter on the premises. For all vendors, guests must supply supplementary insurance and appropriate permits. Guests are in charge of setting up their own place. For an extra cost, the furniture can be set up right away when you arrive. The host is not liable for any goods left on the premises.
