Riverview Inn

The Riverview Inn sits on the banks of the Delaware River in Matamoras, Pennsylvania, directly across from the Tri-State Rock, the point where New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania meet. The Shay family built the property in 1987 and 1988 as an indoor and outdoor wedding, banquet, and party facility, with an all-wood interior, hand-hewn beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the river for photographs. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor settings for ceremonies and receptions, including tented wedding sites along the riverfront. Couples can also book the property for a ceremony-only package. Party planner Judy Shay and her family have run The Riverview Inn for more than 25 years, meeting individually with each client rather than issuing generic quotes so that every event is planned around that couple's or host's specific wishes.
