Roaring River Vineyards

Roaring River Vineyards is a winery and event venue situated on 5,000 feet of riverfront property in Traphill, North Carolina, in the western foothills of the state. The property hosts weddings and private celebrations for up to 100 guests across multiple settings: a riverside ceremony site sheltered beneath mature trees, an outdoor pergola, and a covered pavilion featuring a large dance floor, stage, and retractable walls that adapt to the weather. On-site lodging and RV sites make the vineyard a self-contained destination for multi-day celebrations. The Tasting Haus, the property's restaurant and biergarten, serves French-inspired wines and German-style locally sourced beers alongside cuisine. Roaring River Vineyards earned the 2017 Elkin Tribune Reader's Choice Award for Best Event Venue, Best Winery, and Best Chef.
