Rosemont Vineyards and Winery

Rosemont Vineyards sits on a 450-acre estate near the Virginia and North Carolina border, beside Lake Gaston, on land that has been in the Rose family since 1858. The estate's early American-style winery building, completed in 2007, houses a gravity-flow wine production facility and looks out over 26 acres of vineyard planted to 14 varietals; all of Rosemont's wines are 100% estate-grown, produced, and bottled on site. The winery hosts weddings, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and other private events across several spaces on its second and third floors, from an intimate meeting room suited to bridal luncheons and showers to a larger art gallery and sun room overlooking the vineyard for receptions and family dinners. Visitors can also stop by for a guided wine tasting, browse the gift store and local arts and crafts gallery, or take in the view from the multi-level patio and lawn.
