Built in the 1800s to serve the Smith Cotton Plantation, the building eventually served as Roswell’s Library. The new owners renovated the building in 2011 exposing brick walls and beams, adding a higher ceiling, a polished concrete rustic floor and a spacious loft overlooking the elegant room.
