ROW 24 is a family-run event space, located in the historic Motor Row district in Chicago’s South Loop area. We were captivated by the newest arts and entertainment neighborhood, and we know you will as well. Our venue’s historic sophistication provides a perfect backdrop for unforgettable events. From a corporate lunch meeting to a fairytale wedding, ROW 24 is eager to work with you to create a memorable experience. Two of the original founders of ROW 24, Chris Fountain and Dana Louder, are entrepreneurs with many years of experience in the wedding and entertainment industries. Chris managed a live music venue in the trendy Wicker Park neighborhood, while Dana’s business, Pin Me Up, a bridal beauty agency, has won the Best of Weddings award from The Knot for the last four years. At ROW 24, Chris and Dana work with their family, who collectively have over 20 years of experience in hospitality. The family has come together to cultivate a business that is more than just another event space. By offering a truly collaborative experience and a highly customizable venue, ROW 24 is a distinct wedding and special event location.

- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We do have a preferred Caterer List, but also have an open-door policy for catering and other vendors! You can bring in whoever you want, but we are always happy to make recommendations of who we have worked well with in the past.
- What is the venue capacity?
- Up to 275 Cocktail Style utilizing the main floor and the mezzanine, and up to 200 Seated also using both floors.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- We do! And also offer a wide variety of beverage packages to meet your needs.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- A nearby parking lot can be added to your rental for an additional cost.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Yes, Coordination Packages are available to add on to any package.
