Rush Creek Lodge

Rush Creek Lodge & Spa sits on 20 hillside acres at Yosemite's Big Oak Flat (Highway 120 West) entrance, 22.5 miles east of Groveland, California. Opened in 2016, the resort was designed as a destination in its own right — offering 143 lodge rooms, suites, and hillside villas, all with private nature-view decks, along with a spa, restaurant, tavern, saltwater pool, and recreation guide service. For groups and celebrations, the lodge provides indoor and outdoor event space accommodating gatherings from intimate dinners of up to 48 guests to full weddings of up to 200. The main Event Hall features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, massive picture windows, and two walls that slide open to connect seamlessly with a private outdoor patio. A large stone fireplace anchors the room, while the adjoining fire-pit patio extends the celebration outdoors. The Private Dining Room, situated next to the restaurant, offers a more intimate setting for up to 48 guests. Rush Creek Lodge is managed by First Light Resorts, which uses its properties to support youth programs and community development in partnership with Yosemite National Park.
