Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort spans 2,400 acres along Florida's Emerald Coast in Miramar Beach, where the Gulf of Mexico meets Choctawhatchee Bay. The property encompasses white-sand beaches, championship golf courses, a marina, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf — a waterfront district of restaurants, galleries, and shops. Named a top-three resort in Florida by Condé Nast Travelers Readers' Choice Awards in 2025, Sandestin hosts celebrations ranging from intimate ceremonies to multi-day destination gatherings of up to 1,600 guests.
More than 85,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space spans three distinct venues — the Baytowne Conference Center, Hotel Effie Sandestin, and the Linkside Conference Center — along with open-air settings that include Gulf beachfront, lakeside lawns, and covered terraces. Ballrooms seat anywhere from several dozen to 1,500 guests, while outdoor lawns and beach locations lend themselves to ceremonies, cocktail receptions, and welcome parties alike.
A dedicated Wedding Manager guides each celebration from venue selection through the day itself, with in-house catering, custom menus, group accommodation across nine on-site properties, and a full roster of resort activities for extended-stay guests.
