Sassafras Springs Vineyard & Winery is a 60-acre estate winery and event destination in Springdale, Arkansas, opened in 2014 by Gene and Cheryl Long. Set among rolling hills and natural springs, the property has grown into one of Northwest Arkansas's most celebrated venues, recognized as the region's top-rated venue for three consecutive years and honored with international and regional wine awards. The estate hosts weddings, corporate events, nonprofit gatherings, and private celebrations for groups of 10 to 400 guests across three distinct event spaces: The Stables, a renovated barn with rustic elegance that seats up to 400 guests; The Chapel Ruins, an Arkansas-stone outdoor setting inspired by old European chapels that accommodates up to 360 guests; and The Peacock Room, an intimate bridal suite above the winemaking facility. In-house catering, beverage service featuring the estate's own award-winning wines, and a dedicated events team led by Events Manager Sarah Kilpatrick support each celebration from planning through event day.
