Sawtooth Winery

Sawtooth Winery has been crafting wines in Idaho's Snake River Valley since 1987, operating across 470 acres at Sawtooth Estate and Skyline Vineyard. The region — Idaho's first American Viticultural Area — sits at roughly 3,000 feet elevation, where long summer days and ancient volcanic soils produce the grapes behind Sawtooth's award-winning Riesling, Syrah, and Tempranillo. The winery's work has earned recognition in Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Food & Wine, and other national publications. For private events, Sawtooth accommodates celebrations ranging from intimate gatherings to groups of 125. The Canoe Room seats up to 26 guests for private dining or meetings during business hours, with access to a private patio. Full buyouts of the facility — encompassing the main tasting room, Canoe Room, and outdoor patio — are available after hours for up to 125 guests. Catering and rentals are coordinated through the winery's preferred vendor network.
