Pricing includes Room Rental, Production & Staffing. Bar minimum & bartender fees will be additional based on event needs. Pricing does not include administrative fees or taxes. Rental includes a 5 hour load in, 3 hour event and 2 hour load out. Additional hours are $1,000 per hour, plus staffing. Tables, chairs and decor available for additional rental fees, coordinated through the special events department. You are welcome to work with any event vendors you prefer. All liquor must be purchased from our in-house provider. Catering can be selected from our list of Preferred Caterers. Outside catering fee or food trucks are $10 per person. Due to neighborhood restrictions, all amplified sound must end at 8PM Sun – Thur evenings and 10PM Fri & Sat nights at Scoot Inn. Guests can still be in the venue, but music will only be allowed indoors in the Longhorn Lounge.

An avid volunteer within the industry, Sarah has served on local and national boards and committees with NACE, ILEA & MPI.
