Scott's Seafood on the River is a waterfront restaurant and event venue situated along the banks of the Sacramento River at 4800 Riverside Boulevard, operating in partnership with The Westin Sacramento. The current riverfront location opened in January 2008 under owners Alan and Sigrid Irvine, building on a legacy that traces back to the original Scott's Seafood Grill and Bar, which opened in 1976. The restaurant is known for sourcing the freshest seafood, flown in or delivered daily from around the world, served in a comfortable atmosphere with fire pits, a heated patio, and river views. For private events and celebrations, the venue offers a seasonal riverbank tent, an elegant ballroom, and intimate private spaces that accommodate gatherings from small meetings to weddings of up to 200 guests. The Portofino provides a riverfront ceremony setting, the seasonal tent offers moonlit receptions under the stars, and the Gran Monaco Ballroom serves as a refined indoor option.
