Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts anchors the Scottsdale Civic Center campus at 7380 E. Second St., where Scottsdale Arts has operated this City of Scottsdale cultural landmark for more than 50 years. Dedicated to presenting traditional and contemporary arts that resonate with audiences worldwide, the Center serves as the heart of live performance in Scottsdale — hosting classical, pop and rock, dance, theater, and Broadway programming year-round. The campus offers a range of event spaces suited to private receptions, corporate functions, theatrical productions, conventions, trade shows, and festival gatherings. Indoor options include the intimate, acoustically acclaimed 853-seat Virginia G. Piper Theater; the 137-seat Stage 2; the 6,200-square-foot Dayton Fowler Grafman Atrium (up to 900 guests); the Mezzanine Lounge for groups of 15–70; and the Center Space Gallery for receptions of up to 120. The adjacent Scottsdale Civic Center adds outdoor amphitheaters and lawns accommodating several thousand guests, including the 2,716-capacity East Bowl with its major touring-quality stage. The Center is fully ADA accessible, with accessible parking, wheelchair seating, assistive listening devices, ASL interpretation, and audio description services available. Free public parking is provided at the Civic Center Garage.
