- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Club 360: $3,500/up to 36 guests/6 hours facility access - $4,000/up to 60 guests/8 hours facility access - $4,500/up to 100 guests/12 hours facility access Red Room: $4,500 for up to 100 guests and 6 hours of facility access. $5,500 for up to 150 guests and 8 hours of facility access.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Event agreement required and non-refundable 50% of the rental fee is due to secure the date/venue. Remaining fees are due 30 days before the event. If an event is cancelled, client may apply the non-refundable deposit to a new date within six months in the same venue.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- Events must end by 11 PM with clean-up completed no later than 1 AM.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Scottsdale Hangar One does not have a liquor license. Only private events may bring in alcohol, but must be served by a licensed bartender. Non-profit organizations who can secure a Series 15 Liquor License may host fundraiser galas and events, but must work with licensed vendor to procure alcohol.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- Limited onsite parking is available for Club 360 events only. Events with more than 60 guests must use our exclusive valet provider.
