Our rates start with our popular package that includes our tent, bridal ready rooms and tables and chairs for 100 guests and can go up to the convenience of coordinating your entire wedding. We can easily accommodate parties larger than 100 with additional chairs, table and maybe a tent which can be coordinated by us or you. Our indoor rooms can accommodate 40-50 seated guests. A little more information: Historic Shulze Mansion offers a Charming Outdoor Garden and Intimate Indoor Wedding & Events Venue located in Montoursville near Williamsport Pennsylvania. The almost 200 year old Mansion offers affordable, intimate indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception locations. This venue is tucked away off the main street, offering beautiful, natural gardens and a peaceful retreat to enjoy your wedding day. Aside from the back-garden area, you may also use other locations for your event photos. No matter your vision, this venue has a space that could work perfectly for you. Enjoy timeless elegance, natural beauty, and flexibility when planning your event at the Shulze Mansion. Facilities and Capacity The Shulze Mansion has an outdoor venue that can accommodate groups up to 300 people for wedding ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and other special celebrations. The spacious yard can hold several tents or as large at 40’ x 300’. The bridal ready suite located on the second floor of the mansion, has 2 rooms and bathroom with private entrance to each ready room. The suite can be used by both brides and grooms or just as a bridal ready suite. The Shulze and Eck adjoining indoor rooms are available for additional venue rental areas that can hold 40-50 seated guests. Ideal for the rehearsal dinner. Onsite, we also have a florist, Nevills Flowers which would be your florist for your special day. As well, Melissa is an ordained minister and can be added to the rental. We have recently had our kitchen certified and have started creating wedding cakes and desserts. We are working on pricing for dessert bars, cakes and cupcakes. We will be working toward more catering possibilities for 2020-2021. Additional items on-site available to rent - linens, extra tables, shepherd hooks, lanterns, crates, wood boxes, gold chargers, silk plants and trees, pillars, wood slices, cake stands, arches, urns, vases, candles, material, draping, patio heaters, lights, mason jars, crates, small barrels, large whiskey barrel, doors, high top tables, patio style bar, speaker and mic, just to name a few.
