- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Once you book your wedding with us, we introduce you to one of our expert Event Managers who works with our team and your wedding planner to ensure a seamless event!
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Venue facility fees range from $6,000 to $18,000 depending on the venue, time of year and day of the week.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Included in the facility fee we provide the event space, resort owned tables, chairs, linen, china, glassware, and flatware. In addition we provide a Getting Ready Room by offering a complimentary One Bedroom Suite for the Wedding Couple the night before and night of the Wedding.
- What is the venue capacity?
- We have three unique wedding venues, The Grove, The Mansion Pavilion, Fairway Deck and Grand Ballroom and for our intimate weddings, The Arbor and Vintners Court. Each venue has something different to offer and is based on the number of guests you are anticipating.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- Yes, we have an amazing list of preferred vendors we recommend and are an extension of our team. We highly suggest working with our preferred vendors but are also open to other professionals who are licensed and insured.

Elisse Peck
Senior Director of CateringGrowing up in Napa, Elisse stared her career in hospitality working at four & five star luxury resorts. At Napa Valley College, she excelled in Accounting courses and thought Finance would be her calling, but after a 6 month experience in an office environment she knew her enthusiasm was in hospitality. Determined to grow and find the best fit, Elisse spent time working in a multitude hotel departments including Spa, Front Office, Reservations, Sales, Conference Services and Wedding and Events.
