Sleepy Creek Vineyards

Sleepy Creek Vineyards is Vermilion County's only vineyard, winery, and tasting room, set on a working farm in Fairmount, Illinois — about 30 miles from Champaign-Urbana and two hours from both Chicago and Indianapolis. The property centers on a wood timber frame barn housing the winery and tasting room, where guests can explore wine flights and samples in a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere. Behind the barn, The "Dragonfly" is a dedicated event venue that accommodates up to 250 guests for weddings and private celebrations. The tasting room itself is available for private events outside regular business hours, hosting up to 75 guests. In addition to event facilities, the vineyard offers a Bed & Wine — a vacation rental above the winery that sleeps up to six guests — making it a destination for multi-day celebrations and weekend getaways.
