Smith Fork Ranch

Smith Fork Ranch is an all-inclusive, buyout-only luxury ranch tucked inside a valley along the Smith Fork River in Crawford, Colorado, surrounded by a million acres of Gunnison National Forest. The property accommodates up to 30 overnight guests across six historic lodges and cabins — each renovated and appointed with handcrafted furnishings, ensuite bedrooms, and views of the surrounding peaks. Groups have exclusive use of the entire ranch, from arrival to departure. The gathering heart of the property is The Pavilion, an indoor-outdoor event space overlooking the river that seats up to 40 guests and includes a dance floor for evening celebrations. Additional spaces include the Elk Lodge Billiards and Bar, with its century-old ranch bar and billiards room ideal for cocktail receptions, and The Bell, a Western diner-style space for breakfast gatherings. Cooper's Lookout — positioned at the ranch's highest elevation — offers 360-degree Rocky Mountain views for yoga sessions, sunset toasts, and alfresco ceremonies. With a minimum four-night stay and full-ranch exclusive use, Smith Fork Ranch is well suited for corporate retreats, milestone celebrations, and intimate destination weddings.
