Weddings, parties, and other events look absolutely wonderful when held at The Retreat at Solterra. It is necessary to sign a rental contract with a member of the Retreat's staff in order to make a reservation or rent the Retreat. Call the Retreat at 303-980-5450 to schedule an appointment or ask any questions you may have about the prices and/or the availability of the accommodations. In the case that the Retreat is hired out for an event, the facility as well as the terrace will be inaccessible to anyone who is not a registered guest of the event. In the event that the Retreat is rented out, the swimming pool will, however, continue to be accessible during regular business hours. It is requested that you show consideration for their time. You are welcome to check the Retreat calendar on Solterra-Connect or give the office a call at 303-980-5450 if you are uncertain as to whether or not the event will take place. During the winter months, guests are welcome to enjoy the Patio at the Retreat during normal business hours. Kindly take note that during the winter months, neither shoveling nor plowing will be performed in order to maintain the Patio. As a result, visitors who wish to use the patio will be required to sign a waiver form confirming that the Retreat is not responsible for any incidents that may be caused by ice or snow on the Patio.
