South Beach Place

South Beach Place is an 18-suite boutique hotel situated at 1705 Ocean Drive in Vero Beach, Florida, steps from the Atlantic Ocean and Vero Beach Park. The property occupies an original 1950s mid-century building furnished with vintage collectible pieces, offering a sense of timeless coastal Florida character that distinguishes it from larger commercial hotels. The grounds feature open-air breezeways and no enclosed common areas, connecting guests to the outdoor setting throughout their stay. A garden, pool deck, and outdoor BBQ area provide flexible space for gatherings, and the hotel can be taken over in its entirety for private events — from milestone birthdays and family reunions to anniversary celebrations and weddings. The venue works with clients on customized setups using tents, tables, and décor suited to the occasion.
