Southern Mansion

The Southern Mansion is a historic Victorian estate built circa 1860, set on one-and-a-half acres of award-winning gardens in Cape May's historic district. Completely restored and recognized as the largest bed and breakfast in Cape May, the property hosts weddings, corporate retreats, elopement packages, and private events — offering a setting defined by original Victorian architecture and lush, manicured grounds. Celebrations at The Southern Mansion unfold across multiple interconnected spaces. The exotic gardens provide a backdrop for outdoor ceremonies and cocktail hours, while the large Solarium — filled with garden views — seats guests for gourmet dinners. Additional rooms accommodate music and dancing, and the property's sweeping spiral staircase is a signature element for grand entrances. An on-site winery adds a distinctive touch for couples and guests celebrating on the property.
