Spillian: A Place to Revel is a restored Gilded Age great camp on 32 acres in the Catskill Mountains outside Fleischmanns, New York. Built in the early 1880s for the Fleischmanns Yeast family, the mansion combines Stick Style and Shingle Style architecture with clear pine paneling and hand-painted murals from the Fleischmann era. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has operated as a private event and retreat venue since 2013. The estate accommodates up to 125 guests across a range of indoor and outdoor settings. Inside, a grand dining room, wraparound porch, and eight guest rooms provide the backdrop for intimate gatherings, with a Steinway piano and concert harp among the original furnishings. Outdoors, the meadow features a stone stage and bonfire ring suited to receptions and ceremonies, and a forest glade enclosed by stone walls offers a more sheltered setting. Spillian operates as a full-facility rental — booked for weddings, retreats, and private celebrations. - Spillian welcomes private events but fills quickly — most weekends are booked a year or more in advance, especially April through November. Limited dates may be available in January and February. A minimum two-night rental is required; single-day or single-evening bookings are not offered.

- Spillian has a fully licensed commercial kitchen with an in-house chef and kitchen staff who create custom menus for all gatherings. Guest and outside-caterer access to the kitchen is not permitted. The team works with local farmers and food producers to build menus tailored to each event.
