Springbrook Park

Springbrook Park is a large community park in Alcoa, Tennessee, stretching from Alcoa High School to Hunt Road along Springbrook Road. The park centers on a 7.7-acre duck pond for fishing and includes 1.4 miles of lit walking trail alongside a shorter, family-oriented "Wonder Trail." The grounds offer four lit tennis courts, a lit softball field, four basketball goals, an outdoor fitness area, and both toddler and standard playgrounds. An 18,000-square-foot outdoor pool with a water slide and a separate wading pool round out the recreational amenities, and an on-site community center houses a gymnasium, game room, and meeting rooms. For gatherings, the park offers two picnic areas and four pavilions available to rent — three holding three picnic tables each and a larger shelter with eight tables, each equipped with a charcoal grill. Additional picnic tables, year-round restrooms, drinking fountains, and park benches are spread throughout the grounds, making the park a flexible spot for picnics, reunions, and outdoor gatherings.
