The manor accommodates events of up to 275 guests on its grounds, with designated areas for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions across the front porch, side yard, magnolia tree area, and front circle. Exclusive use of the property is included with every rental, along with a three-day, two-night stay sleeping up to 15 overnight guests across five bedrooms.
