Sterling Renaissance Festival

Sterling Renaissance Festival brings the streets of 1585 Warwick, England to life each summer on wooded grounds in Sterling, New York, just south of Lake Ontario. Celebrating its 50th season in 2026, the festival opens its gates on Saturdays and Sundays from early July through mid-August. For couples, the festival offers Enchanted Weddings — customizable ceremonies that begin with a procession through the festival grounds and end in an authentic thatched-roof chapel overlooking Sterling Creek. An annual group Renewal of Vows ceremony, held on a designated Saturday in July, gathers up to 50 couples for a ceremony presided over by the Queen herself, followed by champagne, cake, and commemorative certificates. Wedding guests and their parties can continue the celebration throughout the day, taking in live jousting tournaments, royal entertainment, artisan marketplace shopping, themed feasting, and games across the festival grounds.
