The property's Georgian Revival design, by New York architects H.L. Stevens & Company, still shows through in details like balustraded windows and the original grand two-story lobby, restored in a 2003 renovation that preserved the 1924 architecture while adding modern amenities. The Colonnade Ballroom, at 2,726 square feet, seats up to 100 guests and sits adjacent to the Magnolia South restaurant with outdoor patio access for cocktail hours. The Shenandoah Ballroom, at roughly 4,500 square feet, seats up to 300 guests and can accommodate both heavy hors d'oeuvres receptions and formal sit-down dinners. Wedding and event packages include tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and in-house centerpieces, along with on-site catering and event planning support. The hotel also holds 124 guest rooms, an indoor pool, and is within walking distance of downtown Staunton attractions like the American Shakespeare Center and the Staunton Farmers' Market.
