Sugar Beach Weddings has been creating beach ceremonies along Florida's Emerald Coast since 2003. As a mobile wedding company, they bring ceremonies directly to couples' chosen locations — public beaches, hotel properties, condos, beach houses, and state pavilions — across Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Miramar Beach, Panama City Beach, Pensacola Beach, and surrounding coastal areas. Each package is designed to provide everything needed for a beach ceremony in one place: an ordained officiant, professional photography, floral arrangements, decorations, and full setup and cleanup. Signature ceremony additions include the Seashell Ceremony, where guests select shells and make wishes at the ocean's edge, and the Sand Unity Ceremony, in which the couple combines sand into a heart-shaped glass container. Packages range from intimate ceremonies to more elaborate celebrations, with all reservations handled by phone. Sugar Beach Weddings has been recognized with WeddingWire Couples' Choice Awards from 2017 through 2024.

- How do we reserve a beach wedding?
- All ceremonies are booked by phone only at 850-687-4020. A deposit is required at booking to reserve the date and is deducted from the package price. Payment in full is due no later than 30 days prior to the ceremony date.
- What documents are needed to obtain a Florida marriage license?
- Both individuals must present a photo ID (such as a driver's license or valid passport) and provide their Social Security numbers. The current fee is $93.50.
- Which locations does Sugar Beach Weddings serve?
- Sugar Beach Weddings is a mobile company and travels to clients' chosen locations, including hotels, condos, beach houses, and state pavilions, across Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Miramar Beach, Panama City Beach, Pensacola Beach, and surrounding Emerald Coast areas.
- What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
- Deposits are non-refundable, but couples who need to cancel may reschedule within one year from the original wedding date, with credit applied for all money already paid.
- Do you offer receptions?
- Sugar Beach Weddings does not provide receptions. In Destin, a cake, drinks, and fruit setup on the beach following the ceremony can be arranged. A vendor list with reception ideas is provided to all clients.
