Sunshine Acres Ranch

Sunshine Acres Ranch is a 127-acre working ranch and event venue set in the rolling foothills of the Ozark Mountains near Romance, Arkansas — about 45 minutes from Little Rock and 35 minutes from Conway. The ranch has hosted weddings, birthday parties, trail ride retreats, and group celebrations on its expansive grounds, which feature an on-site chapel, a bridal suite, a wedding arbor overlooking one of six stocked ponds, and open pastures dotted with wildflowers in spring and fall. An 84-foot indoor round barn provides a covered venue option, and the outdoor grounds accommodate up to 200 guests with 200 folding chairs available on-site. Country-style hayride shuttles, hay bales, fire pits, and horses for décor or activities add a distinctly rural character to any event. Founded in 1986 as an American Quarter Horse Association breeding facility, Sunshine Acres Ranch has operated continuously under the same ownership. The ranch sits on property laced with three creeks and six ponds and maintains a working equestrian operation alongside its event offerings.
