Swan Cove Manor

Swan Cove Manor is a private waterfront estate on Maryland's Eastern Shore, set on 27 acres along the Chesapeake Bay near Cambridge, MD. The property features five designer-furnished manor homes — three directly on the water with private docks, beaches, and in-ground pools — alongside a dedicated event tent, making it a self-contained destination for weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and destination celebrations. The centerpiece event space is an elegant 80-by-50-foot enclosed tent on the waterfront, fitted with a solid floor, white ceiling draping, hanging greenery chandeliers, clear vinyl panels overlooking the water, and perimeter lighting. The tent accommodates up to 200 guests and serves as the reception and dining anchor for multi-day events. Because the estate can be rented in its entirety, guests arrive for a full weekend rather than a single evening — lodging, ceremony, cocktail hour on the lawn, and reception all take place on the same grounds. Swan Cove Manor is approximately 100 miles from Washington D.C. and 98 miles from Baltimore.
