Swift's Attic

Swift's Attic occupies the second floor of a historic downtown Austin building at 3rd and Congress, originally built in 1905 as the home of the Swift's Premium Food Co. The space pairs its original exposed brick and timber with modern touches, giving group dinners and private gatherings a distinctive backdrop above the street. The kitchen serves modern American shareable plates with a farm-to-table focus and a rotating menu that draws on global flavors, making it well suited to group dinners where guests sample a range of dishes together. The bar complements the food with 14 draft beers, an extensive bottled beer and by-the-glass wine list, and a craft cocktail program that includes an ice tap and ice ball cocktails. While Swift's Attic does not have a dedicated private room, it accommodates intimate dinners and larger celebrations — from birthdays and anniversaries to corporate functions and executive dinners — in its Lounge and semi-private sections, with options for full restaurant buyouts.
