Delighting diners for over 100 years, the Tam O’Shanter is Los Angeles’ oldest restaurant operated by the same family in the same location. More than a steakhouse, our guests enjoy good cheer, warm hospitality, and exceptional food in a cozy old-world atmosphere. If you have some Scottish ancestry, you might even find your family tartan among the extensive collection decorating the walls. Our delicious food, exceptional hospitality and historic venue are available during the day for parties of 15-200 guests. In the evenings, private dining rooms are available for up to 115 guests. Enjoy all the ambience of the Tam’s Signature Speakeasy with your closest friends and family. Our Speakeasy Package includes live musical entertainment, a customizable drink menu, personal restaurant entrance, 2 – 4 drinks per person, and some small bites for your guests to enjoy. No full meals are available, but you may choose to add on selections from our Hors D’oeuvres Package. The Speakeasy Package is available for 8 – 30 guests in the Royal Guards Room. Must be scheduled at least 30 days prior.
