The AlleyCorp Building
368 Broome St, New York, NY 10013, USA
The AlleyCorp Building at 368 Broome Street is New York's new gathering place for founders, investors, and builders. Built in 1890 on a bustling Little Italy corner, the building once housed the H. Herrmann Furniture Company, then the largest furniture manufacturer on the East Coast. After decades of sitting untouched, the space is now beginning an invigorating new chapter. In 2022, Kevin Ryan acquired the historic property and began a three-year restoration, preserving its historic bones while reimagining it for the next era of New York’s tech community. To anchor a vision that unites tech, art, and hospitality under one roof, the ground floor hosts Oriana, an ambitious live-fire restaurant from Chef Andy Quinn and Sommelier Cedric Nicaise. On the corner, Chefs Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson debuted a new Frenchette Bakery. A historic building reborn for the next generation: The AlleyCorp Building is a celebration of New York’s energy, creativity, and constant reinvention.
