Highlighting the space is a captivating brick fireplace built using 20,000 antique bricks salvaged from an early 19th century Chicago factory and granite specifically quarried and imported from Italy. State of the art lighting and audio capabilities tailor the ambiance and sound to your specific needs. - We do not have a cost to rent the venue, however, we do have food and beverage minimum spending requirements that must be met regardless of how small or how large your event is.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Wedding consultation & timeline management; wedding cake, cut & served; state-of-the-art light & sound capabilities; tables & chairs for cocktail hour & dinner; white or ivory liens & napkins; wedding suite with complimentary hors d'oeuvres & beverages; white glove service; votive candles; and more!
- What is the venue capacity?
- 350 (Wedding); 550 (Gala); 800 (Cocktail Reception)
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- No helium balloons or loose candles (not enclosed by glass) are permitted on the premises. All linens, charger plates, backdrops and up lights must come through us.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- Yes, all food and beverage must come through us.
