The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve

The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve blends refined tradition with relaxed charm on the historic Ellis campus in Newtown Square, offering a classic Main Line setting just outside Philadelphia. Inside, vaulted ceilings, warm lighting, and elegant finishes provide a canvas for weddings, milestone events, and formal gatherings, while the landscaped grounds outdoors suit ceremonies, cocktail hours, and photography amid greenery and stonework. The venue accommodates 100 to 230 guests for seated weddings and dinners, and up to 400 guests for cocktail-style events, with a flexible indoor-outdoor layout that lends itself to a range of celebration styles. Complimentary parking is available on site. The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve is one of several venues operated by Finley Catering, which brings its catering expertise to every event held here, from planning through execution.
