Originally constructed as a private residence called The Grecian Gardens — its exterior modeled after a Greek Orthodox church in Greece — the estate has been reimagined as a contemporary coastal event venue while preserving its distinctive Greek architectural character, including century-old Greek pillars, museum-caliber fountains, and manicured lawns. The venue accommodates parties of up to 350 guests across a mix of indoor and outdoor settings: an elegant ballroom, formal dining rooms, open-air piazzas, peaceful courtyards, a ceremony knoll, and expansive gardens. As one of the very few fully private venues on 30A, the entire property is available exclusively for each event.
