The Callippe Preserve Golf Course

Callippe Preserve Golf Course is an 18-hole championship golf and event venue nestled above the golden hills of Pleasanton's Tri-Valley, with panoramic views of Mount Diablo and the oak-studded valley below. Opened in 2005 and designed by Brian Costello of JMP Golf Design Group, the course is woven through a natural preserve that is home to the rare Callippe silverspot butterfly — lending the property a distinctive setting unlike most golf facilities. The venue accommodates weddings, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, and private receptions for groups of 10 to 250 guests. In-house catering is available alongside outside catering arrangements, and each event includes a day-of coordinator and professional staff support from initial inquiry through event completion. The on-site Vista Restaurant adds a full dining option for smaller gatherings and post-event occasions.
