Available for individuals, corporate groups and social gatherings, The Camp takes you back to the camaraderie and engagement of camping you know and love. Facilities and Capacity Camp Carmel Valley features over 115 acres of land and stunning views of the surrounding Santa Lucia Mountains. Groups that prefer an outdoor celebration and gathering will have this majestic sight as their backdrop, along with an abundance of oak trees and sprawling grasslands. Outdoor settings such as our Celebration Lawn which can serve as reception area, team building games, dining or lounging. Seven different indoor locations for receptions, dining and meeting. One of our indoor settings is the rustic Barn, where up to 80 guests can gather underneath the vaulted ceiling, decorated with exposed beams for a pastoral touch. Inside the rustic Great Hall are three separate places that can each host up to 60 guests or can host 120 guests all together. Large windows, skylights, and natural wood walls make for a picturesque, nature-inspired atmosphere. Inside the reception area is a grand stone fireplace. The Oak Room is versatile, can be used for staging, board meetings, breakouts or yoga. A variety of other spaces can be used for "get ready" rooms or staging. Services Offered Camp Carmel Valley offers 33 cabins, 4 houses, and 4 bunk rooms onsite to accommodate up to 120 overnight guests. As a pet-friendly venue, you and your group will be welcome to incorporate your four-legged companion into your events. By offering multiple-day use of the Camp, you can also incorporate "Camp Activities" like lawn games, archery, swimming, tennis, team building and hiking into your gathering and really take advantage of spending time with friends, family or co-workers.
