The Candy Factory Suites

The Candy Factory Suites occupies a historic building in downtown Memphis, a block from Beale Street and steps from Tom Lee Park, at the center of the One Beale district. Serving Memphis since 2012, the property pairs modern office suites and shared conference rooms with a dedicated event venue on its lower level. The event space spans 1,900 square feet of flexible floor space, comfortably holding up to 100 guests for meetings, corporate gatherings, and social events. Exposed brick archways and original architectural details give the room its old-factory character, alongside a kitchenette, a TV and A/V setup, and artwork by local artist Ron Olson. Rental includes tables, chairs, and select linens, making the space ready for a range of event types.
