The Castle on Stagecoach

The Castle on Stagecoach is a one-of-a-kind event venue situated on a 100-acre estate at 6601 Stagecoach Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. Built around 1935 and designed by architect Ed Brueggeman for Dr. Clarence W. Koch and his wife Marie, the property has been owned and operated by the Rognrud family for more than five decades. Its turrets, towers, and fairy-tale architecture blend American and European heritage into a setting unlike anything else in the region — earning the venue its distinction as Arkansas's only castle venue. The grounds feature American Belgian and English Shire Draft Horses in the pastures, alongside barns, stables, ponds, and manicured landscaping that give the estate a storybook character indoors and out. The venue accommodates weddings and receptions, milestone parties, baby showers, quinceañeras, corporate events, fundraisers, and photography or film productions. Both the castle interior — with its grand yet inviting architectural details — and the expansive outdoor grounds are available for events, offering hosts a versatile canvas for gatherings of many styles and sizes.
