The Cliff House at Pikes Peak

The Cliff House at Pikes Peak has welcomed guests since 1873 — older than the state of Colorado itself. Built as a stagecoach stop on the route between Colorado Springs and Leadville, the property evolved into the area's premier mineral resort at the turn of the century and now stands as Manitou Springs' landmark historic hotel, nestled at the foot of Pikes Peak. Renovated in 1999, the hotel's Queen Anne Victorian architecture is preserved across 54 uniquely designed rooms and suites. For private events, The Cliff House offers more than 6,000 square feet of dedicated event space across multiple rooms, accommodating groups of up to 150 guests. The J.S. Morley Ballroom, at 2,500 square feet with 25-foot ceilings, serves as the property's most lavish reception venue. The Cathedral Spires Pavilion, an open-air space with fully retractable walls and mountain views, sits atop the East Addition and provides one of the most distinctive ceremony settings in the region.
