The Cliffs at Mountain Park

The Cliffs at Mountain Park is a private mountain community set on roughly 2,000 acres in Marietta, South Carolina, along a river valley in the Blue Ridge foothills, about 25 minutes from Greenville and 45 minutes from Asheville. The property sits near 1,794 feet in elevation, giving it a noticeably cooler climate through the summer months than the surrounding lowlands. At the center of the community is The Cabin, a rustic clubhouse built with repurposed materials and known for its wraparound veranda overlooking the mountains and a fire pit for evening gatherings. A recent renovation doubled the size of its main dining room and outdoor patio and added an intimate space for private parties alongside an expanded kitchen, giving the property more room to host larger social occasions and celebrations. The Cabin's culinary program has been recognized with a Golden Fork Award for Best New Private club dining. Beyond The Cabin, Mountain Park offers a Gary Player Signature golf course that runs along the North Saluda River, along with a wellness center, tennis, pickleball, and padel courts, a resort-style pool, and access to hiking, mountain biking, and river fishing throughout the property. The Sports Pavilion adds an outdoor amphitheater and dining pavilion used for gatherings under the stars.
