- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Our rental prices vary based upon the time of year and the specific room you are looking for! On average our smaller rooms rent for $500 for 8 Hours while our Largest Space Rents for $2500 for 12 Hours!
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Your rental includes your alloted access time! Varying between 4-12 hours, based on event needs.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- If cancellation occurs, Client must pay: More than 120 days prior to the Event 40% of Estimated Total Event Cost 120 days to 90 days prior to the Event 50% of Estimated Total Event Cost 89 days to 45 days prior to the Event 75% of Estimated Total Event Cost Less than 45 days prior to the Event 90%
- What is the venue capacity?
- Each Room does vary but we can host up to 300 guests all at one in our largest space
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- No nails, thumb tacks, pushpins, staples, tape, adhesives, or any fasteners may be used that puncture or damage the surface finish of any walls, ceilings, tables, or chairs. The use of glitter, confetti, straw, rice, birdseed, or hay is prohibited in Club facilities and on Club grounds.
