- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Week Night Rate - $110/hr Weekend Rate - $140/hr
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- 900 sqft of open space with seating for 30 as is, with 2 additional tables and 20 extra chairs at no extra fee. TV with HDMI/USB-C and google cast connection. Large kitchen with fridge storage and 9 ft island space. Google home to play Spotify music. Cleaning fee is included in rental rate
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- With a one month out notice, you can get a full refund. Notice within days 8-29, you can get a 50% refund. 7 days out, no refund. We allow you to reschedule your event up to 48 hours prior to the original start time of your event.
- What is the venue capacity?
- 50 ppl seated, 70 ppl standing
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes, we have an accessible ramp as well as accessible restrooms
