The Cordelle

Tucked less than a mile from Broadway and Music City Center, The Cordelle feels like a lush Italian villa hidden in the heart of Downtown Nashville. Step through the gate and the city falls away: a private garden unfolds beneath the sweeping branches of a hundred-year-old tree, framed by flowering crape myrtles and tall evergreens. Welcome guests on the Garden Lawn for an open-air reception, or host cocktails on the Covered Porch as the sun sets over the garden. Then move inside to The Victorian, one of the last remaining historic homes in Downtown Nashville, where original brick walls, tall windows, and candlelight create a warm, memorable setting for dinner. The Victorian opens directly into The Great Hall, so your event flows easily from one space to the next. Seated dinners can stretch from the historic home into the hall, while soaring ceilings, strings of lights, and glass doors framing views of the garden make The Great Hall ideal for presentations, entertainment, or an after-dinner party. Above it all, the private Loft, with its own lounge, wet bar, and restroom, works beautifully as a VIP lounge, green room, or space for small breakout meetings. Together, the garden, porch, and connected indoor spaces create a distinctive setting for corporate dinners, client receptions, holiday parties, company celebrations, and private events of up to 350 guests for a standing reception. Included parking for Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday events means your guests enjoy all the convenience of downtown with none of the hassle. If you're planning an event in Nashville that feels far from the typical hotel ballroom, The Cordelle offers something truly memorable. Schedule a tour and see it for yourself!
